microEnable I - the universal frame grabber

microEnable I is a universal frame grabber and coprocessor which stands out by its connectivity, flexibility and variability of performance categories. It is suitable for the acquiring of image sequences with a high frame rates or high resolution. microEnable offers an integrated real time image pre-processing for many application purposes. By the availability of a large number of interfaces many customary cameras are connectable. By choice out of a large number of models, the frame grabber with the ideal performance values for the application can be selected. And not at least microEnable I, as intelligent frame grabber, can be adapted to many tasks and camera specifications by its integrated processor.

The microEnable I product line is technically based on the use of an image processor of Xilinx XC4000 FPGA series and a CMC (common mezzanine cards) hardware connection to enable modular extensions.
